Characteristics of mining plastic-coated steel pipes

Has the following characteristics:

(1) Flame retardant and antistatic

The product adopts mining polyethylene coating, and its antistatic and flame retardant components are evenly distributed on the surface and inner layer of the pipe, which meets the requirements of MT181 and is suitable for specific places that are flammable and explosive in mines.

(2) Strong adhesion

After the inner and outer surfaces of the plastic-coated steel pipe are coated, bonded and cured, the adhesion is ≥30N/10mm, and there is no damage after impact and tearing by the drop hammer.

(3) Corrosion resistance, not easy to scale, small fluid resistance

The pipe has strong acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for high-sulfur water in coal mines and water containing calcium, magnesium and other ions. Due to its high surface finish, small fluid resistance, and no scale attached, it can reduce secondary pollution.

(4) High pressure

Polyethylene powder coating has good toughness, high mechanical strength of steel pipe, and has a strong ability to withstand external influences such as impact and bending.

 

Main purpose and scope of application

Mine plastic-coated composite pipes are general-purpose pipes in coal mines, which can be used for water supply and drainage, positive pressure ventilation, negative pressure ventilation, shotcrete and gas drainage in coal mines.

The bonding strength of the mine coating is greater than 90MPa, which exceeds the blasting limit of the pillar, which indicates that the coating will not fall off in the single blasting limit test. Compared with the traditional electroplating copper and zinc process and the SEBF coating process, the parts of the pillar can use the SEBF coating process of the heavy-duty anti-corrosion series.

In addition, because the coating is smooth and the resistance is small, the pillar can be replaced by water instead of the emulsion, and the lubrication and anti-corrosion effects are solved at the same time. In addition, since the thickness of the coating can be controlled at (30~300 pum), the coating can be machined by turning, planing, grinding, etc. to make it meet the required size, precision and roughness; it is also suitable for overhauled pillars repair.
