What causes corrosion of stainless steel welded pipe?

There are two main reasons for corrosion of stainless steel welded pipe

70% are processed. Due to the contamination of iron and copper tools during processing, the argon gas in the welding cannot be well protected and oxidation will occur.

In addition, excessive damage to the surface of the anti-oxidation layer of the stainless steel factory during processing may lead to stainless steel pollution and rust; to a certain extent, the type of equipment does not take into account the process requirements.

There are three solutions:

1. Protect the surface of the stainless steel plate from being affected during processing, and carry out anti-corrosion treatment at the bottom. For the processing party, the welding material is higher than the basic material;

2. There is sufficient protection for argon;

3. When processing, use stainless steel welded pipe tools, wooden hammers, rubber, carpet, wooden boards and other tools to contact the surface of the stainless steel plate to avoid contact with iron and copper tools.
