Throughout this project, we maintained strict quality control at every stage of production — from raw material selection and plate rolling to EFW welding, heat treatment, and final non‑destructive testing. All pipes were manufactured and inspected precisely according to the client’s customized dimensional and wall thickness requirements, ensuring full compliance with ASTM A312 and the client’s specific tolerances.

As this was a customized product, we took extra initiative to understand the client’s actual operating environment, including working temperature, pressure levels, and the corrosive nature of the conveyed media. Based on this understanding, we provided professional recommendations on weld joint design, post‑weld heat treatment parameters, and surface finishing options. This collaborative approach helped the client achieve optimal performance while avoiding potential service failures.
