(1) Implementation standards of Q345B straight seam steel pipes: GB/T3091 welded steel pipes for low-pressure fluid transportation, GB/T13793 straight seam electric welded steel pipes.
(2) The yield strength of Q345B straight seam steel pipes is ≥345mpa, the tensile strength is ≥470, and the elongation after fracture is ≥18.
(3) Chemical composition of Q345B straight seam steel pipe: carbon: ≤0.20, silicon: ≤0.50, manganese: ≤1.70, phosphorus: ≤0.035, sulfur: ≤0.035, chromium: ≤0.30, nickel: ≤0.50, copper: ≤0.20, nitrogen: ≤0.012, molybdenum: ≤0.10

Special requirements for Q345B straight seam steel pipe
Negotiated by the supply and demand parties and specified in the contract, the demander can choose the following requirements:
(1) Hydraulic test;
(2) Manufacturing accuracy;
(3) Pipe end status;
(4) Removal of internal burrs;
(5) Weight of galvanized layer;

Other requirements for Q345B straight seam steel pipe
(1) Dimensions, shape, weight, and allowable deviations
(2) Outer diameter and wall thickness
The nominal outer diameter (D) and nominal wall thickness (z) of steel pipes shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 21835. According to the requirements of the purchaser, after negotiation between the supply and demand parties, steel pipes with dimensions other than those specified in GB/T21835 may be supplied.

The allowable deviations of the outer diameter and wall thickness of steel pipes shall comply with the regulations respectively. When the contract does not specify the allowable deviation level of steel pipe dimensions, the allowable deviations of the outer diameter and wall thickness of steel pipes for belt conveyor rollers shall be delivered with higher precision and the allowable deviations of the outer diameter and wall thickness of other steel pipes shall be delivered with ordinary precision. According to the requirements of the purchaser, after negotiation between the supply and demand parties and specified in the contract, steel pipes with allowable deviations of dimensions other than those specified may be supplied.
