Three kinds of materials for pipeline fire blocking

Fire blocking material is specially used to block various openings and cable bridges formed by various penetrations in buildings through walls, floors, etc., which has fire prevention and heat insulation functions and is easy to replace. According to the composition, shape and performance characteristics of fire blocking materials, they can be divided into three categories:

· Organic fireproof plugging material with organic polymer material as adhesive

· Inorganic fireproof plugging material with quick-drying cement as cementing material

· Fire-proof package formed by wrapping flame-retardant material with fabric

These three types of fire blocking materials have their own characteristics and are used in building fire blocking.
