L'UOE TUBO IN ACCIAIO LSAW mill features the most advanced technology and process, achieves high production efficiency, stable product quality and is equipped with complete inspection equipment. UOE mill adopts U & O forming, the formed pipes are welded inside through five internal welding stations with three wires, and welded outside through four external welding stations with three wires. In accordance with different requirements of the customers, the welded pipe can be expanded either by mechanical or hydrostatic expand to improve dimensional accuracy, and eliminate residual stress.

LSAW (Longitudinal double submerge arc welding) carbon steel pipe is a type of SAW pipe made of steel plates that were hot rolled by JCOE or UOE forming technology. JCOE technology represents the shaping and forming processes involved during manufacturing as well as the inner and outer welding and cold expansion carried out after welding.
LSAW pipe used to convey low pressure liquid or high pressure petroleum or natural gas, and can be also used widely in structural supports or foundation. The advantage for LSAW type is they could produce more thick wall thickness of pipes, maximum to 120mm.
