Product introduction:
The valve disc is rubber-packed to get an excellent sealing effect by the rubber's resilient deformation. Non-rising resilient seated gate valves solve the problem in general gate valves, such as leakage, rusting, etc., and save installation space. It is used widely in the tap water industry, sewage treatment, shipping construction, petroleum, chemicals, food, pharmacy, textile, electric power, metallurgy, and energy systems' pipeline to adjust and shut off fluids.
We can supply an array of Gate Valves covering Universal Gate Valves of Cast Iron Gate Valve, Ductile Iron Gate Valve, Cast Steel Gate Valve, Forged Steel Gate Valve, Cryogenic Gate Valves, Bellow Sealed Gate Valves, and Sliding Gate Valves, etc.
Gate valves are utilized whenever a straight-line flow of fluid and minimum restriction is preferred. Gate valves are extremely named since the part that either stops or enables flow with the valve functions somewhat, such as the opening or closing of the gate, and it is known as, appropriately, the gate. The gate is generally wedge-shaped. Once the valve is available, the gate is fully attracted up into the valve, leaving a dent for flow with the valve the same size as the pipe where the valve is installed. Therefore, there's little pressure drop or flow restriction with the valve. Gate valves aren't appropriate for throttling purposes because the flow charge could be difficult because of valve design, and the flow of fluid slapping against a partly open gate may cause extensive harm to the valve. Except as particularly approved, gate valves shouldn't be employed for throttling.
Gate valves are called either RISING STEM or NONRISING STEM valves. Around the nonrising-stem gate valve, the stem is threaded around the lower finish into the gate. Because the handwheel around the stem is rotated, the gate travels up or down the stem around the threads, as the stem remains vertically stationary. This kind of valve more often than not includes a pointer-type indicator threaded to the upper finish from the stem to point to the valve position.
The increasing-stem gate valve has the stem connected to the gate, and the gate and stem rise together because the valve is operated.
Gate valves utilized in steam systems have flexible gates. The reason behind utilizing a flexible gate would be to prevent binding from the gate inside the valve once the valve is incorporated in the closed position. When the steam line is heated, it'll expand, causing some distortion of valve physiques. If your solid gate fits snugly between the seat of the valve inside a cold steam system, once the product is heated and the pipes elongate, the seats will compress from the gate, wedging the gate together and clamping the valve shut. This issue is overcome by the utilization of an adaptable gate (two circular plates mounted on one another, having a flexible hub in the centre). This design enables the gate to flex because the valve seat compresses it, therefore stopping clamping.
Characteristics:
1. The seal is designed with a dust-proof ring plus three "O"-seal rings, reliable sealing, on-line replaceable.
2. Both the gate and the aluminum bronze bearing are designed to provide good self-lubrication, high strength, and can have the aluminum bronze bearing replaced without the need to replace the gate integrally, after long-term use.
3. Rubber-wrapped gate anti-corrosion, good tightness.
4. Advanced surface treatment, coated with non-toxic epoxy resin static powder, anti-corrosion, pollution-free, can be used for drinking water pipeline.
5. The body is designed without a gate slot; the smooth passage will not get impurities filling up, more applicable for sewage working conditions.
6. The integral seal works reliably. For the high-pressure seal, leaving zero leakage under 1.5 times nominal pressure and, for the low-pressure one, under 0.02MPa.

A: A Gate Valve (also known as a sluice valve) is a linear motion valve designed primarily for on/off isolation. It operates by lifting a rectangular or circular gate out of the path of the fluid. Its main advantage is that when fully open, it provides a straight flow path with minimal flow restriction and pressure drop. Note: Gate valves are not recommended for flow regulation or throttling.
Rising Stem (OS&Y): The stem threads are outside the valve body. As the valve opens, the stem visibly rises. This allows operators to easily see the valve's open/closed status at a glance and keeps the stem threads protected from the media. Ideal for outdoor or industrial applications.
Non-Rising Stem: The stem threads are inside the valve body, and the stem does not move vertically. This design requires less vertical clearance, making it perfect for underground installations or tight spaces.
Materials: Carbon Steel (WCB, LCB), Stainless Steel (CF8/304, CF8M/316), and Alloy Steel (WC6, WC9).
Sizes: From 2" to 48" (DN50 to DN1200).
Pressure Classes: ANSI Class 150 to 2500, and PN10 to PN420.
A: We use robust, seaworthy packaging to ensure the valves arrive in perfect condition. Standard packaging includes fumigation-free wooden cases or wooden pallets. To prevent rust and protect the sealing faces during long-distance sea transport, valves are coated with anti-rust oil, wrapped in waterproof plastic, and fitted with protective flange caps.
