Ringlock Scaffolding

Ring-Lock Scaffolding System consists of hot-dipped galvanized steel pipe and modular components that are assembled together using integral wedge connectors. The Ring-Lock system is a modular scaffold system that can provide major savings in labor cost while meeting the demands for safety, ease of handling, and reductions in maintenance.

1. Standard

The standard is made of a certain length of Q345 steel tube welded with rosettes by a 0.5m pitch modulus and welded with sleeves at the top of the steel tube. It has two types: heavy-duty (Z type) and standard type (B type). The diameter of Z type is ∅60.3×3.2mm, and the diameter of B type is ∅48.3×3.2mm. The length of the vertical is 0.5m, 1.0m,1.5m, 2.0m, 2.5m, 3.0m.

2. Ledger

Ledger is connected to the rosette on the standard and is made of a steel tube with a 0.3m modulus and welded with ledger ends. Ledger is made of Q235 steel tube, size is ∅48.3×2.5mm. The length of the ledger is 0.3m, 0.6m, 0.9m, 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.8m, and 2.0m.

3. Diagonal Brace

The diagonal brace is connected to the rosette on the standard and is made of a steel tube and brace ends by welding. It has two types: vertical type and level type. The diameter of vertical type is ∅48.3×2.5mm and ∅33.7×2.3mm, and the level type is ∅48.3×2.5mm. Vertical type is made of Q195 steel tube, and the level is Q235B. The length of the brace can be designed according to the ledger length or steps like 1.0m and 1.5m. For a 1.2m ledger, we can use a 1.2×1.0m or 1.2×1.5m brace.

4. Adjustable Base Jack

Base jack is an adjustable jack which install at the bottom of a vertical, consisting of a bottom plate, a screw rod, and a handle nut. The material of the bottom plate is steel plate Q235, the material of the screw rod is steel 20#, and the material of the handle nut is casting steel ZG270-500. 5. Adjustable U-head Jack

U-head Jack is an adjustable Jack which install on the top of a vertical, consisting of a support plate, screw rod, and handle nut. The material of the support plate is a steel plate Q235, the material of the screw rod is steel 20#, and the material of the handle nut is casting steel ZG270-500. The Z-type vertical includes a ∅48mm screw rod and handle nut, and the B-type vertical includes a ∅38mm screw rod and handle nut. 6. Steel Plank

Hook the steel plank on the scaffold and fasten it firmly with the clamp plate. The steel plank is made of a Q235 steel plate. It has 1.5m and 2.0m, two sizes.

7. Stair

A climbing ladder fastened to a horizontal scaffold for construction personnel to pass up and down. It’s made of Q235B steel plate. It has 1.5m and 2.0m, two sizes.

8. Bracket

A bracket is a side cantilever triangular truss that is connected with a rosette of standard. The material is a Q235 steel tube. Sizes such as 0.3m, 0.6m, and 0.9m can be designed on request. In addition, other fittings include wall tire, double-channel steel, and toe board. Size can be designed on request
