A210C seamless steel pipe – SA-210C internal thread steel pipe

A210C seamless steel pipe-SA-210C internal thread steel pipe A210C corresponds to domestic material 25MnG seamless pipe

A210C is a material in the American seamless steel pipe standard, the correct name is SA-210C, it is the implementation of the American standard ASTM A210M—–American Society for Testing and Materials standard, A210C seamless steel pipe is suitable for boiler tubes and Boiler flue pipes, including safety ends, domes and support pipes, and small wall thickness seamless medium carbon steel pipes for superheater pipes.

SA-210C inner threaded steel pipe is a kind of pipe with a spiral inner hole. Due to the concave and convex inner thread shape on its inner wall, it can effectively prevent the laminar flow phenomenon when the medium flows slowly in the steel pipe, and can inhibit the inner wall of the steel pipe. The steam film effect improves the heat transfer effect of the boiler water wall and makes the tube wall temperature more uniform.

(1) Sufficient lasting strength;

(2) Sufficient plastic deformation capacity;

(3) Minimal aging tendency and hot brittleness;

(4) High oxidation resistance, coal ash resistance, natural gas high temperature corrosion resistance, steam and stress corrosion resistance;

(5) Good tissue stability and good process performance. The steel grades of high pressure boiler tubes are carbon steel and pearlite, ferritic and austenitic stainless and heat-resistant steels. In order to improve the thermal efficiency of thermal power generating units and reduce fuel consumption, all countries in the world focus on developing large-capacity, high-parameter (high temperature, high pressure) thermal power generating units (above 1000MW). The steam pressure is increased to 31.5~34.3MPa, and the superheated steam temperature reaches 595~650℃, developing to the ultra-high pressure critical pressure, which puts forward higher requirements for the high pressure boiler tube. For this purpose, new steel grades have been developed to meet the needs of high-parameter utility boilers
