Application scope of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe

Hot-dip galvanized steel pipes are widely used because of their beautiful appearance and good corrosion resistance. In recent years, galvanized steel pipes have excellent compressive properties and have been widely used in balcony railings and external environmental railings. With the requirements of the times, the market of galvanized steel pipes for balcony railings has become very popular.

Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe is an alloy layer formed by the reaction of molten metal and iron matrix, thereby bonding the matrix and coating together. Hot dip galvanizing is a process of pickling steel pipes. In order to remove iron oxide on the surface of the steel pipe, after pickling, the steel pipe is cleaned with an aqueous solution of ammonium chloride or zinc chloride or a mixed aqueous solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, and then sent to a hot-dip galvanizing tank.

Hot-dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life. The hot-dip galvanized steel pipe base and hot-dip galvanized steel pipe undergo complex physical and chemical anti-galvanizing to form a zinc-iron alloy layer with a tight corrosion-resistant structure.

The alloy layer is formed by combining the pure zinc layer and the steel pipe matrix. Hot dip galvanizing is one of the most excellent electroplating methods for protecting steel substrates. It is the liquid state of zinc. After quite complex physical and chemical action, not only a thick pure zinc layer is plated on the steel, but also a zinc-iron alloy layer is formed. This method not only has the corrosion resistance of galvanized, but also has strong corrosion resistance unmatched by galvanized due to the zinc-iron alloy layer.

Application scope of galvanized steel pipe: With the development of industry and agriculture, the application of galvanized steel pipe has also expanded accordingly. Therefore, industrial hot-dip galvanized steel pipes (such as chemical equipment, petroleum processing, marine exploration, metal structures, power transmission, shipbuilding, etc.), agriculture (such as sprinkler irrigation, warehouses), construction (such as guardrails, water and gas transmission, wire sleeves) pipes, scaffolding, houses, etc.), bridges, traffic, etc. , has appeared in large numbers in recent years. Ground was adopted.
