Precautions for handling and storing stainless steel pipes at the construction site

After the thin-walled stainless steel pipes are packaged and bundled, they should be stored in a dry and clean environment without corrosive gas to avoid messy stacking with other items.

Because the surface of stainless steel is relatively smooth and bright, and it is also a metal product, it should be handled with care during storage or transportation, and it should be neatly arranged so that it cannot be hit by sharp objects. During the handling process, no throwing, dropping, dragging, pressing, etc. should be done, and contact with corrosive media or pollutants should be avoided during construction.

The thin-walled stainless steel pipes are thin-walled, so you should avoid rough construction and step on them during construction to avoid damage to the pipes.

Protective measures should be taken at the pipe storage site to avoid contact with soil, gravel, iron, etc., to avoid rust.

If the pipe gets oily, please wipe it off as soon as possible. Especially the U-shaped inside of the pipe end and the rubber sealing ring of the pipe fitting.

When the pipe fittings are transported, they should be neatly arranged layer by layer according to the classification, and fixed firmly, and should be covered to avoid rain and other pollution.
