The difference between hot simmering steel bending pipe and cold simmering steel bending pipe

The process is as follows: after the straight pipe is cut, an induction coil is put on the bending part of the steel pipe through a steel bending pipe pushing machine, a mechanical rotating arm is used to clamp the pipe head, and a medium-frequency current is passed into the induction coil to heat the steel pipe. When the temperature rises to the plastic state, mechanical thrust is used to push the rear end of the steel pipe for bending. The bent steel pipe part is quickly cooled with coolant. In this way, while heating, pushing, bending, and cooling, the steel is continuously bent. The bending pipe is bent. Hot steel bending pipe is mainly used for arc-shaped steel structures in buildings, tunnel supports, bent beams for trains, subway projects, aluminum doors and windows, ceilings, cylindrical inner frames, balcony handrails, shower room doors, production line tracks, fitness equipment, etc. industry.

Cold simmering steel bending pipe is a method of bending at room temperature without heating or changing the material structure. It is called a cold simmering steel bending pipe. To prevent the pipe from collapsing or deforming during the bending process, some auxiliary materials or equipment, such as springs, are often filled in the pipe.

Cold-steel steel bending pipe is generally used for small-diameter pipes, but large-diameter pipes cannot be cold-bent!

The materials of steel bending pipe include cast iron, stainless steel, alloy steel, forgeable cast iron, carbon steel, non-ferrous metals, and plastics.

Cold stewing steel bending pipe is bent using a complete set of bending molds and is mainly used for oil, gas, liquid infusion, etc..
