2. Epoxy resin coating This product is a two-component, high-solid coating with epoxy resin as the main agent. It is divided into primer and topcoat. Component A is composed of epoxy resin, pigment, additives, and additives. Component B is a curing agent prepared with modified amines.

Second, the production process of epoxy resin anti-corrosion steel pipe
One big step: 1. Steel pipe → Shot blasting (or sandblasting) to remove rust → 2. Steel pipe sandblasting, gray surface cleaning → 3. Pre-coating of weld with epoxy zinc-rich primer → 4. Spraying epoxy zinc-rich primer by airless spraying → 5. Spraying epoxy coal tar paint → 6. Wrapping glass cloth → 7. Spraying epoxy coal tar paint → 8. Wrapping glass cloth → 9. Spraying 2 coats of epoxy asphalt paint → 10. Coating curing → 11. Quality inspection → 12. Correction → 13. Submission.
The second step: Pipeline patching lining: 1. Steel pipe butt welding → 2. Cooling → 3. Grinding the weld patch at the end of the pipe to ST3 level → 4. Apply epoxy zinc-rich primer → 5. Apply epoxy asphalt paint and pipe body (overlap 100mm) → 6. Wrap glass cloth → 7. Spray epoxy asphalt paint → 8. Wrap glass cloth → 9. Spray 2 coats of epoxy asphalt paint → 10. Coating curing → 11. Quality inspection → 12. Correction → 13. Submit.

Good durability, the paint film after epoxy resin curing is tough and water-resistant, and the coating film is non-toxic, and does not pollute water. Strong adhesion, there is good adhesion between the paint films. Excellent anti-rust and water-resistant performance, using excellent anti-rust raw materials, can ensure its anti-rust performance. It has good mechanical strength, tough paint film, wear resistance, and impact resistance. High solid content, thick coating film. Curing film at room temperature. No large baking equipment is required. It is widely used in the inner wall coating of water supply equipment such as drinking water tanks, water pipes, water tanks, water towers, and in cargo holds for sugar and grains. It can also be used as the inner wall coating of swimming pools, cooling towers of power plants, and metal and concrete for packaging fuel oil and gasoline.
