First, Composition of Epoxy Resin Anti-corrosion Steel Pipes.
1. Steel Pipes: Seamless steel pipes, straight seam steel pipes, spiral steel pipes, and various other steel pipes.
2. Epoxy Resin Coating: This product is a two-component, high-solids coating with epoxy resin as the main agent. It consists of a primer and a topcoat. Component A consists of epoxy resin, pigments, additives, and auxiliaries. Component B is a curing agent formulated with modified amines.

Second, Construction and Storage of Epoxy Resin Anti-corrosion Steel Pipes.
(1) Before coating, the surface of the object must be cleaned of dust, oil, oxide scale, etc. The surface must reach a Sa 2.5 grade to ensure coating quality. Moisture must not be introduced during construction.
(2) The mixing method is as follows: Open the large opening of component A, add component B to component A, and stir thoroughly. Allow to mature for 30 minutes before coating.
(3) This material must be prepared and used immediately. The prepared coating must be used within eight hours. Any unprepared material must be sealed and stored. Construction should be stopped on rainy days or when the relative humidity is above 75%. For areas with severe corrosive media, multiple coats are recommended.
(4) Epoxy resin anti-corrosion steel pipes should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight, fire, and heat sources. The shelf life is twelve months. After the shelf life, all technical indicators should be tested. If the indicators meet the requirements, the pipes can continue to be used.
