Development of the field of ordinary three-layer PE anti-corrosion steel pipe

First, why ordinary three-layer PE anti-corrosion steel pipe developed so rapidly in the field of steel pipe:
(1) 3PE coating anti-corrosion technology is used in many major steel pipe laying projects, and the products of this project are in line with the national energy-saving policy. 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe has increased the service life of the original steel pipe by more than 1 times due to the 3PE anti-corrosion coating technology on the steel pipe. The increase in service life is also the use of energy-saving.
(2) 3PE anti-corrosion technology adopts relatively good domestic production technology and energy-saving equipment, with less pollution and low energy consumption, and the product quality reaches a relatively high level, which can meet the quality requirements of the downstream market for products. The product market space is broad, the development prospects are good, and there is a lot of room for development.
(3) In recent years, 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe has been greatly utilized in the steel pipe industry, and major national projects have adopted 3PE coating technology.

Second, the promotion of anti-corrosion technology of ordinary three-layer PE anti-corrosion steel pipe:
(1) 3PE anti-corrosion technology enables the location of the technology to have high-tech resources, because the nature of the enterprise requires stable electricity.
(2) Natural gas is transported under pressure at the starting compressor station and compressor stations along the line. The gas transmission pressure is 70-80 kgf/cm2, and the total length of the steel pipe can reach thousands of kilometers. The gas transmission steel pipe is made of steel pipes connected by electric welding. There are many types of steel pipes, including seamless steel pipes, spiral seam steel pipes, and straight seam steel pipes. Seamless steel pipes are suitable for steel pipes with a diameter of less than 529 mm, and spiral steel pipes and straight seam steel pipes are suitable for large-diameter pipelines.
(3) The cross-sectional structure of the steel pipe of the gathering and transportation steel pipe is complex, with inner coating-steel pipe-outer insulation layer-thermal (cold) layer; the simple one has only steel pipe and outer insulation layer, and the inner wall coating and thermal (cold) layer are determined according to the gas transmission process.
(4) The service life of ordinary three-layer PE anti-corrosion steel pipe is a concern for people. More and more people are involved in the production of this issue. 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe has a complete set of production technology abroad, and its service life has also attracted people’s attention. The three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion layer (3PE) combines the excellent properties of fused epoxy powder coating and extruded polyethylene anti-corrosion layer.
