2. Packaging materials should comply with relevant regulations. If packaging materials are not required, they should be in accordance with the intended use to avoid waste and environmental pollution.
3. Spiral tube packaging should avoid loosening and damage during normal handling, transportation and storage.
4. If the buyer has special requirements for the packing material and packing method of the spiral steel pipe, it should be indicated in the contract; if not indicated, the supplier can choose the packing material and packing method.
5. The thin-walled spiral steel pipe can be protected by the inner support or the outer frame of the tube, because the thick wall is thin. Same bracket and frame material as spiral steel tube.
6. If there are thread protectors at both ends of the spiral steel pipe, they should be protected with thread protectors. Apply lubricant or rust inhibitor to the threads. Both ends of the spiral steel pipe are open, and nozzle protectors can be added at both ends according to requirements.
7. If the spiral steel pipe is installed in the container, soft moisture-proof devices such as textile cloth and straw mat should be laid in the container. In order to prevent the spiral steel pipe from being scattered in the container, the protective bracket can be bound or welded outside the spiral steel pipe.
