Influencing factors of bright annealing stainless steel pipe

Annealed stainless steel tube brightness determines the quality of the product. Too many factors, listed five important factors for reference.

1, The annealing temperature reaches a predetermined temperature. Stainless steel heat treatment is generally taken to solution heat treatment, that is, people usually called “annealing” temperature range of 1040 ~ 1120 (JST). You can also observe the holes in the annealing furnace, stainless steel annealing zone should be incandescent, but did not soften sagging.

2, The annealing atmosphere. Are generally used as a pure hydrogen annealing atmosphere, the atmosphere is the best purity of 99.99% or more, if the other part is the atmosphere of inert gas, then the purity can also be a little lower, but must not contain too much oxygen, water vapor.

3, Furnace tightness. Bright annealing furnace should be closed, the outside air; the use of hydrogen as protective gas, and only one exhaust port is through (used to ignite the hydrogen gas discharged). Check the method can be used in the annealing furnace soapy water to wipe each joint crevice, to see whether to run gas; places where gas is most likely to run into the annealing furnace tube and place the tube in place, this place seals are particularly vulnerable to wear and tear, Always check often change.

4, The protective gas pressure. To prevent micro-leakage, protective gas furnace should maintain a certain positive pressure, if the protective gas is hydrogen, the general requirements 20kBar above.

5, The furnace water vapor. On the one hand to check whether the material drying furnace, the initial installed furnace, furnace materials must be dried; the second is a stainless steel tube into the furnace if excessive residual water damage, especially if the tube above the hole, then do not go in the water leakage, or else put the whole atmosphere of the furnace destroyed.
