Production process of anti-corrosion steel pipe

First, what materials are anti-corrosion steel pipes made of
Anti-corrosion pipes are generally also called anti-corrosion steel pipes. They refer to steel pipes that have been processed by anti-corrosion technology and can effectively prevent or slow down corrosion caused by chemical or electrochemical reactions during transportation and use. Anti-corrosion steel pipes are made of high-quality seamless steel pipes after surface treatment. Its materials are mainly Q235B, Q345B, 16Mn, etc., which can be selected according to the actual use environment.

Second, introduction to the production process of anti-corrosion steel pipes
1. Raw material preparation: The material of anti-corrosion steel pipes should be low-alloy steel or stainless steel with good corrosion resistance. Before starting production, the raw materials should be inspected to ensure that they meet production requirements.
2. Pipe body preparation: Pipe body preparation is a key link in the production of anti-corrosion steel pipes. First, the steel pipe should be trusted to prevent corrosive substances and impurities from affecting the anti-corrosion effect. Then, the anti-corrosion layer is applied to the surface of the pipe body by spraying or dipping. After the pipe body is coated, it needs to be cured to ensure the firmness and durability of the anti-corrosion layer.
3. Anti-corrosion coating: There are two main coating methods for anti-corrosion coating: spraying and dipping. The spraying method is suitable for pipelines with relatively complex production processes, and the anti-corrosion layer needs to be evenly sprayed on the surface of the pipe body; the dipping method is suitable for pipelines with relatively simple production processes, and the pipe body needs to be immersed in the coating so that the anti-corrosion coating is evenly covered on the surface of the pipe body.
4. Curing treatment: After the anti-corrosion layer is coated, it is also necessary to perform curing treatment. There are two main curing methods: baking curing and natural curing. Baking curing requires heating the temperature of the coating to a specified temperature, and then keeping the temperature constant for a certain period to achieve the desired curing effect. Natural curing is to directly allow the coating to cure naturally at room temperature after a certain period in a natural environment.
5. Packaging and sales: After the above links are processed, the production process of anti-corrosion steel pipes is completed. The last step is to package the produced anti-corrosion steel pipes and then sell them to customers in various industries for use. During the packaging and sales process, the anti-corrosion steel pipes should be properly packaged to avoid damage during the handling process.
